Cancellation Policy
50% non refundable booking fee to secure all appointments. COMPLETELY NON REFUNDABLE. However, if I/Therapist cancels your appointment, you will be refunded the booking fee. On the day appointment alterations will still result in you being charged the full appointment amount unless 24 hours' notice is given. Patch tests for Lash lifts, Browlaminations & Tinting services are required for all clients new to Whitney Nails and Beauty, those who have not received a Tinting/Lamination or Lifting service from me within the last 6 months & those who have recently had a baby. I will not work over another salons nail product. If you arrive at your appointment with foreign products on your nails, they will be removed, and an additional charge will be added to your service. Minors MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times during their appointment.
